The site's zones and traps are built in Bio-Pest, each trap with its QR code, and the job is scheduled.
The technician syncs in the car park
The day's jobs, sites, traps and checklists download to the phone. From here, the phone stops needing the network.
On site
They walk the site, scanning traps
Each QR code opens that trap's form, resolved against the register already on the phone.
Findings are recorded
By species and evidence type, against the checklist that belongs to that trap type.
Chemicals come off the van
What was applied, how much and from which batch. The quantity comes off the van's stock as it is entered.
The client signs
On the phone, at the end of the visit. A visit cannot be marked signed without it.
After the visit
The queue drains
When signal returns and the app is open, the visit uploads itself. Nothing is retyped.
Bio-Pest files it
What arrived becomes the site's history. Anything over threshold escalates, and corrective actions open where they were flagged.
The client sees it
On their own portal, with the heat map, the findings and the documents. The register prints on demand.
