Deleting your Pestanova data
Pestanova has no accounts of its own. Every login belongs to the pest-control company you work for, and every record you make is stored on that company’s own server. That changes who can delete what, so this page says it plainly.
To remove the app's data from your phone
Sign out, or uninstall Pestanova. Either one clears your credentials, your session and the offline record cache from the device. You do not need to ask anyone.
To delete your account, or work records about you
Contact your employer's system administrator, the person who gave you your login. Your account and your records live in your employer's system, and only they can delete them. Stride cannot: Stride does not host that system's data and has no copy of it.
If you cannot reach your employer, or you want our help
Email info@pestanova.com with your name, the company you work for, and what you want deleted. We will acknowledge within 5 working days, pass the request to the company that holds the data, and tell you that we have done so.
What we can and cannot do
- We can confirm we received your request, identify the company that holds the data, pass the request to them, and tell you it has been passed on.
- We cannot delete records from your employer's server. Stride is the software publisher, not the operator of that system, and has no routine access to the data in it.
