An auditor does not ask whether you have software. They ask for the pesticide application register for the last quarter, and they expect it in minutes. What follows is what this system prints, and what is in each one.

Pesticide Application Register
Every chemical application in the period, grouped by sub-zone.
On every line

- It opens with a table of every technician who applied a chemical in the period, each badged valid, expiring soon, expired or not set.

Chemical Register
One row per product ever used at the site: active ingredient, government registration number, approval expiry with expired ones flagged, how many times it was applied, first and last use, and quantities summed per unit of measure and never across them. It counts the products whose approval has expired and the products with no safety data sheet, rather than leaving you to notice.
Trap Accountability Matrix
Every installed trap, marked inspected or missed for the period, with a coverage percentage and a compliant or non-compliant verdict. This is the document that answers “did you actually check them all”.
CAPA Status Report
Every corrective action by stage, with the species, the problem, the root cause and the action taken.
Trend Analysis and Hotspot Report
Findings by zone, pest category and trap type, with threshold hits and the worst risk level, so a trend is a line rather than an assertion.
Site Blueprint and Trap Installation Report
The floor plan with every trap at its true position, an installation manifest, and a block for the approval signature.
Integrity
Why the record holds up
The active ingredient and the safety data sheet reference are written onto each application line, not looked up later. Editing the product master next year does not rewrite what was applied last year.
A trap's position is frozen onto each inspection when it completes. Moving the trap does not move its history.
Once a treatment line has moved stock it cannot be edited or deleted. The system directs you to a return or an adjustment, because correcting a record by overwriting it is how a record stops being evidence.
Technicians hold no delete rights on any model in the system.
Certification
Bio-Pest is not certified by any standard body. It produces documentation aligned to what BRCGS and BS EN 16636 ask for, and it cites them in the reports. Certification is something your company holds, not something software confers.
